The staff at this Marriott Courtyard was kind & sweet & helpful as Marriott staff always are, but the people behind the counter of this Marriott hotel at 88 Exeter St in Back Bay, Boston were exceptional. They gave me water & exactly the kind of room I asked for, made it easy for me to stay an additional day, went the extra mile to help me get taxis when I could not, made me feel like I mattered & what I needed was important, and always greeted me with a smile. I felt that men & women working in this hotel were putting themselves fully into their work, so marvelously that it has made a permanently positive impression on me. Thank You!

This was a great hotel for our stay. Everyone of the staff were lovely, from the moment we arrived they were friendly and attentive. I couldn't fault any of them and all of our group of nine said the same thing. The place was also spotless, bed was very comfy and it was central and safe.

Every member of the staff was so friendly and engaged with my two very talkative toddlers. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to have a crib brought to our room and still had plenty of space for everyone to move around after being in the car all day.

The staff was cheerful, & quick to respond. I requested for a 2 hours late checkout & was given the permission without any extra charges.

Loved the location because of walking distance to restaurants and shopping --definitely return there if I am in Boston....also the staff was beyond great...welcoming in the morning and whenever you returned
